One skillet meals
I hate doing dishes. So the fewer dishes I have, the better. So one-skillet meals are perfect for people like me who hate to do the dishes.
One perfect dish to make that is a one-skillet meal is something with pasta. Wait, isn’t a pasta dish 2 pots? Well yes, because you need to boil the pasta. Truthfully, it is easy to clean the pot you boiled pasta in. There is no scrubbing and more of a rise out of the pot.

That sausage pasta from Home Chef was ok, but it was missing something to it. Being a recipe developer, I decided to play on the pasta version of sausage stuffed mushrooms.

After playing with the mushroom pasta, my version came out amazing. This sausage pasta is a one-skillet meal. It tastes like a sausage stuffed mushroom but more importantly, it is easy and full of flavor!
