Brownie Batter
Have you ever made brownies and you have licked the brownie batter from the spoon or bowl? I admit I like to lick the brownie batter from the spoon. That chocolate yumminess is so good.
However we cant eat a bowl of brownie batter. Why because that chocolate dessert in it’s raw form can get you sick bevcause of the raw eggs. So how can you eat brownie batter without getting sick?
Chocolate Dip
I was craving brownie batter, I get cravings when I PMS. I was thinking I could make just a chocolate dip with fruit. I wanted brownies. Then I saw on Pinterest someone made a cookie dough dessert dip. Wait, brownies made into a chocolate dip could actually work as it does for a cookie dough dip.
Dessert Dip
I decided to experiment and create a dessert dip. Only my dessert dip will be brownie based. Who doesn’t like a chocolate recipe right?
This dessert dip is a PMS dream come true! I can create the brownie batter I had been craving without getting sick from raw eggs!
The real test came when I took the brownie dip to work. Would it pass the co-worker test? The day I took this chocolate dip to work It was devoured within an hour! My coworkers loved this dessert dip.
Brownie Dip

Brownie Dip is a yummy chocolate dip. This dip tastes just like brownie batter, but better! Serve up this dessert dip at your next party and watch it disappear.
Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1/2 cup butter (softened)
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/3 cup baking cocoa
- 1/4 cup 2% milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
Instructions
- In a stand mixer, cream together the cream cheese and the butter until smooth.
- Add the sugars, cocoa, vanilla, and 1 tbsp milk. Mix until smooth.
- Slowly add the powder sugar and remaining milk, alternating between the two.
- Mix until the dip is smooth.
- Take the dip off the stand mixer, and hand mixin in the chocolate chips.
- Serve it up and ENJOY!
