Wine Lover
I love wine. I do I simply love it. However, I am probably the only one in my family that actually loves the fermented grape drink. My sisters do not drink it, neither does my mom and dad.
I started out drinking only sweet wines. Now, as I have gotten older, I have ventured into other types, like blush, dry, even semi-sweet. It was a trip I took a few years ago to a few wineries that made me realize I could expand my grape palate.

Sangria eBook
Why talk about loving wine? Well, I do love it, I also really love creating drinks with it. One drink I like to make is sangria.
After a lot of thought and insight, plus some planning for very long time. I decided to create an eBook for Seduction in the Kitchen. What type of eBook? You guessed it, Sangria Recipes eBook.
If the eBook goes over well, then the next step is to create a cookbook. That is right a hard copy cookbook. So baby steps, first I want to see how I handle 25 recipes in the form of an eBook. Developing, photographing and putting it all together. This eBook will be great for both me and Seduction in the Kitchen.

Mango Plum Wine Smoothie
Originally I wanted to make a slushie recipe. Admittingly I was being cheap. I am always on a budget, and I am also between paychecks. I really didn’t want to buy frozen fruit.
Why? Did you see the price of frozen fruit? It’s actually way more money than fresh. Yes, I could chop up fresh and freeze. So, ok I was being lazy as well.
I had bought at Costco a case of Naked Smoothies. One the flavors is mango. I suddenly had an idea, why not freeze the Mango smoothie into ice cubes and blend that with wine? Plus, I was thinking, I could skip the middle part of adding ice because the smoothie would act as ice as well!
It sounded good in theory. It really did. When I made it, well my slushie wasn’t slushie, it was more smoothie like. It still was really good. Everything happens for a reason. So my wine smoothie was born.
I thought plum and mango would go so well together. The two fruits just blend well together. Plus with just using the plum wine with the Naked mango smoothie, this wine smoothie is only 2 ingredients! Which is also great for being on a budget!

I think it's a brilliant combination too. I'm trying to think if I've had plum wine, couldn't have as I can't remember it! I'll have to try this drink very, very soon!
