I love wine and I love to cook with wine, especially Moscato sweet wine. I have made Moscato wine desserts like:

I know some worry about cooking with wine. The truth is the alcohol burns off and you just have the sweetness of the wine. For me making a Moscato wine dessert, the Moscato sweet wine really enhances the flavor.

Easy peach cobbler recipe
I needed an easy dessert that would use up self-rising flour. In came my easy peach cobbler recipe.
As easy as that recipe was it needed enhancing. That was when I had the idea to add some Moscato sweet wine to peach cobbler.

Peach cobbler with canned peaches
Yes using fresh peaches would be amazing, however, I made this peach cobbler with canned peaches. Why?
I wanted to keep this an easy peach cobbler recipe. Plus, sometimes fresh peaches are not in season.
So by making a peach cobbler with canned peaches, helps save time, but also helps out the nonbaker be a baker. Trust me, canned peaches do make a nice cobbler!

Moscato Peach Cobbler
Moscato Peach Cobbler has sweet Moscato wine in a simple peach cobbler. The two flavors will seduce your taste buds with this simple, elegant dessert!
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup self-rising flour
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup Moscato wine
- 1 can (15 1/4 oz) sliced peaches, light syrup drained

The recipe looks so good and I can't wait to try it. However it doesn't tell what size baking dish to use.
