Ingredients
- 8 -10 medium Idaho russet potatoes
- 1/4 cup 2% milk
- 1/4 cup ricotta
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 1/4 cup butter
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- Peel, cut up and boil potatoes until tender.
- Drain water and put potatoes in a mixing bowl.
- In a sauce pan, add the milk, sour cream, ricotta, butter, and garlic. Heat till the butter melts.
- Take the milk mixture off the heat and add to the potatoes.
- Use an electric mixer and mix everything until desired consistency.
- Serve them up and ENJOY!
