What are the quiche lorraine ingredients?

Thank you for the recipe. My husband and daughter LOVE corned beef hash, and they requested this quiche for Christmas morning. I like that you were inspired by quiche lorraine as it is one of my favorites. As such, I blind baked my homemade crust at 425 for 7 minutes with weights in the crust and 5 minutes without. After that, I followed your recipe exactly.

When we make it again, we will cook the corned beef hash before adding it to the quiche. Adding the hash uncooked meant it tasted more like ham than hash. I'll soften the onions also. I thought the cook time looked long compared to my quiche lorraine recipe so I checked the quiche after 30 minutes at 300, and it was done.

Thanks for the idea!
