Cheesy Ranch Skillet Potatoes

An easy skillet potato side dish with cheesy ranch flavor. It perfect for breakfast, lunch, or dinner!

Ingredients

  • 4-5 large potatoes (diced)
  • 1 small onion (diced)
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 packet Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup shredded Velveeta cheese

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, melt the butter and add the potatoes and onions. Saute them till onions turn clear and the potatoes start to turn golden.
  2. Add in the cream, ranch dressing and sour cream. Still till it all smooth and starts to bubble.
  3. Then add the cheese. Continue stirring till the cheese is all melted.
  4. Take off the heat and serve it up and ENJOY!
