Cookie Butter

Do you know what cookie butter is? It is this creamy peanut butter like food that was first made by Biscoff cookies. Cookie butter has this spice taste to it and actually very good in baked goods.

Cookie Butter Recipe

Cookie butter can be hard to find sometimes, depending on where you live. In comes LorAnn oils, who has this cookie butter flavor emulsion! Now I can make a cookie butter recipe without buying cookie butter! That is what inspired this bark recipe.

Bark Recipe

Bark recipes are very easy to make. It is melted chocolate with some goodies like sprinkles from places like Sweets and Treats. I decided that a white chocolate bark recipe needed that cookie butter added to it for a Christmas flavor!

Cookie-Butter-Bark-2

White Chocolate Bark Recipe

I wanted that cookie butter flavor to stand out, so I decided that this Christmas bark should be a white chocolate bark recipe. Plus the white chocolate would make the color on the green cherries and sprinkles just pop.
