I live alone. So making hot chocolate for one is essential. Most recipes for homemade hot chocolate is for a few people. I need to scale down homemade hot chocolate mix recipe to be hot chocolate for one.

Homemade Hot Chocolate

Truthfully, 2 cups of this sinfully warm homemade hot chocolate are way too much for me. I do love chocolate, but 2 cups of homemade hot chocolate overkill, even for a chocolate lover. So hot chocolate for one recipe is really needed.

Hot Chocolate With Cocoa Powder

Homemade hot chocolate has to have a good chocolate taste. I did find a homemade hot chocolate mix recipe on the Hershey site. I decided to that hot chocolate with cocoa powder as a base and then add the Dee touch to that hot chocolate for one recipe I created!

Hot Chocolate With Milk

I also like homemade hot chocolate creamy. The answer to the creamy homemade hot chocolate mix is to add milk. Powdered milk? No, I like using real milk! The result, a great cup of hot chocolate, I can make and enjoy on a chilly night.
