I know I have been so quiet and admit that my last newer post was the Adult Butter Beer. Truth is I have not been feeling too well lately. It is my sinuses and also, my doctor put me on a prescription diet pill, Belviq and just has me feeling blah.

How is it keeping me on my toes? Honestly, I have no idea which recipe it will repost. So when I see that does one. I clean it up. I have such a laundry list of things to do, that this plugin helps me.
Trust me when I saw the other day it chooses, Breaded Veal with Bacon Mushroom Sauce, I was a little in shock. Why? The photo is horrible!
It is now on my list of recipes to reshoot photos for. It did give me the chance to rework the post. So be prepared to see great recipes, but bad photos, that is until I redo those photos.

The idea for a Single Serving Homemade Hot Chocolate came simply because well, I live alone. So truth be told, me. I was the inspiration. Most recipes for homemade hot chocolate is for a few people.
I do not want to drink 2 cups of hot cocoa. I need a single serving. I am a woman, so yes I do crave chocolate, especially now that the weather has turned cooler.
Truthfully, 2 cups of this sinfully warm yummy drink are way too much for me. I know I am not the only person out there that wants a Single Serving Homemade Hot Chocolate. What to do?
Best Hot Chocolate Recipe For One
Well, I love hot cocoa to be creamy and of course a good chocolate taste. I did find on the Hershey site a recipe for 1 cup of cocoa, so I decided to use it as a base and then add the Dee touch to it. The result, a great cup of hot chocolate, I can make and enjoy on a chilly night.

- 2 tablespoons baking cocoa
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
In a small sauce pan combine the cocoa and sugar. Add the milk, and stir until everything is dissolved. Heat until the milk still it starts to steam. Add the heavy cream, and contine to stir. When the hot cocoa start to bubble, take it off the heat. Pour into a mug, garnish with a marshmallow or whipped cream, or both! ENJOY!
