Halloween drinks are fun. Especially when you are coming up with a name for a Halloween cocktail. How about we make a Halloween drink that is a vampire drink!

Tart cherry recipes

I became a fan of tart cherry juice when was suggested to me to drink a little before bed. Tart cherry juice can help with depression, which I admit I do have. If you were in an abusive marriage to a man who used you to get a green card so he could be a doctor, you have depression too!

In all seriousness, I wanted to make tart cherry recipes. Tart cherry is perfect to use in a vampire kiss cocktail. The cherry juice is the perfect color for a vampire.

How did I come up with the vampire kiss cocktail? The color of the cherry juice reminds me of blood since I wanted to make tart cherry recipes, a vampire Halloween cocktail sounded like fun.

Plus, I am a phlebotomist, and everyone calls me a vampire due to my profession, so in a way, this is my specialty Halloween drink. So a vampire kiss cocktail was perfect.

So if the tart cherry is to be a kiss in this Halloween drink, what alcohol would go well and still be a vampire drink? A red wine cocktail came to mind. Red mixed with some juice would be perfect for a vampire kiss cocktail!

Vampire’s Kiss Cocktail

Vampire's Kiss is a fun Halloween cocktail made with tart cherry juice for a little of a bite. This delicious drink will be your favorite cocktail of your Halloween party. A recipe from Seduction in the Kitchen.

Prep Time 5 minutes

Cook Time 5 minutes

Total Time 10 minutes

Ingredients

• 2 ounces cherry vodka
• 2 ounces Grand Marnier natural cherry liquor
• 3 ounces tart cherry juice

Instructions

1. Chill a glass for the drink.
2. Put all ingredients in cocktail shaker with ice and give it a good shake.
3. Strain into the chilled glass and ENJOY!
