What makes this salmon with dill an easy recipe is how you cook it. You simply cook the salmon in a frying pan. This pan fried salmon fillet takes mere minutes to cook up so this dish can be ready to eat within 15 minutes!
Dill cream sauce
The flavor for this salmon dish comes from the dill cream sauce. What is nice about this cream sauce is that it too can be whipped up in minutes as well. Plus if you you want to be healthy, just substitute greek yogurt for the sour cream for a healthy salmon with dill!

Salmon with Dill Crema
Salmon with Dill Crema is an easy salmon recipe. This pan fried salmon fillet is topped with a wonderful dill cream sauce. If you want to have seafood for dinner, then you have to try this salmon with dill!
Ingredients
Dill Crema
- 2 Dill Sprigs, minced
- 1 Garlic Clove, minced
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 Lemon
- 1/4 cup Sour Cream
Salmon
- 12 oz. Salmon Fillets
- 2 Tablespoons Oilve Oil
- Salt & Pepper
Instructions
Dill Crema
- In a small bowl, combine the sour cream, garlic, dill.
- Cut the lemon in half, and zest one half of the lemon.
- Add the lemon zest to the sour cream.
- After you zest the half of lemon, juice that half into the sour cream mixture.
- Mix well and set aside.
Salmon
- Season the salmon with salt and pepper.
- The remaining lemon half, juice it and set the juice aside.
- Heat the olive oil up into a grill or saute pan.
- Place the salmon in the pan and sear until browned, 2-4 minutes.
- Flip salmon, sprinkle on the lemon juice.
- Cook until salmon reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, and flakes easily with a fork, about 6-8 minutes.
- Place the salmon on a plate, top with the dill crema
- Serve it up and ENJOY!
