Have you ever started your morning out with a yogurt parfait? I know McDonald’s has a yogurt parfait that you can get. I wanted a yogurt parfait that was with more berries.
Lemon Curd
I personally like sweet yogurt parfaits. Sometimes you want a tart yogurt. That was what inspired me to use lemon curd in yogurt with berries.
Lemon curd is perfect tart to sweet raspberries and blackberries. Plus using lemon curd in a yogurt parfait recipe gives this breakfast recipe that something special!
Yogurt with Berries
I love lemon flavors. So I needed something that would compliment the lemon flavor. That is why I decided on yogurt with berries. As I said above lemon and berries go well together.
Berry Yogurt
I went to the store because they had raspberries and blackberries on sale. That was how I decided on what berries to put in this berry yogurt in all honesty. The thought of a sweet vanilla Greek yogurt as a berry yogurt really was appealing to my taste buds!
Parfait Recipe
I made up this lemon parfait recipe and it was excellent. Truthfully, these yogurt companies should do a lemon mix in for their yogurts. Lemon curd in yogurt is outstanding!
As a bonus, this berry lemon yogurt parfait recipe is a great healthy start to your day. I am not a breakfast eater in the morning, mostly because I am always running off to work. However, making up this parfait recipe the night before is how I can eat a healthy breakfast on the go.

{Lemon Berry} Yogurt Parfait Recipe
The Lemon Berry Yogurt Parfait is a light and refreshing way to start your day. This fruit yogurt is combined with a tart lemon curd and berries. Layered in sweet vanilla Greek yogurt is what makes this yogurt with berries a great start for the day!
Ingredients
- 1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup raspberries
- 1/4 cup blackberries
- 1/4 cup lemon curd
Instructions
- In a glass jars place a layer of the vanilla yogurt.
- Next, add a layer of the lemon curd.
- Top the curd with some of the berries.
- Add another layer of the vanilla yogurt.
- Then do the layers again.
- Top the entire parfait off with the vanilla yogurt.
- Serve them up and ENJOY!
Notes
The parfaits can be made ahead of time and are good in the fridge for 72 hours.
