Fast Meatball Recipe

I am a meatball lover. I love meatballs and making meatball recipes with them. I know most of the meatball recipes I have here on Seduction in the Kitchen have used frozen meatballs so they can be a fast meatball recipe.

What Is A Bistro

What is a bistro? A bistro is a small restaurant, serving moderately priced simple meals in a modest setting. Bistros are known mostly by the foods they serve which is usually French home-style cooking.

Bistro Food

I came up with these Bistro Blue Cheese Stuffed Meatballs after going to this “bistro” type place with a friend. The meatballs were in this tangy sauce that really made the meatballs burst with flavor. The bistro food we had just sprinkled the blue cheese onto their meatballs.

Cheese Stuffed Meatballs

Taking inspiration from the bistro food I had at the restaurant, I decided instead of sprinkling on blue cheese why not make these blue cheese stuffed meatballs. Instead of Italian cheese stuffed meatballs, I decided to make these french stuffed meatballs.

Blue Cheese Sauce

How do these baked meatballs have a blue cheese sauce? These stuffed meatballs do have blue cheese inside them. When you make a baked meatball recipe the flavor of the meatballs will go into the sauce. So as these meatballs bake the blue cheese flavor from them create this blue cheese sauce.

It's funny that you talk about your transformation and growth, because I was thinking the same thing (as I often do) about my own little home on the Internet. I began more than five years ago as more of an exercise and for posterity (not just mine, but the whole family). Naturally, food is part of everything and it sort of evolved from there.

As you continue your path, just remember the 'why' question. Why do you write a blog? (I write mine for the sheer enjoyment of writing and cooking, of course.)

And, so you know, I've always enjoyed your recipes. But I also come here because you are real. Please consider staying real ... and keep on bitching. ;-)

Thank you! I will keep it in mind, as I do my changes. A little remodeling never hurts right?
