Mushroom Batter

What makes these battered mushrooms stand out from all the deep fried mushrooms recipes is BBQ sauce with the mushroom batter. The batter for mushrooms is a simple flour batter, but dipping the mushrooms in BBQ sauce then the batter before you deep fry the mushrooms is what gives zing to this mushroom recipe!

BBQ Battered Fried Mushrooms is a different take on fried mushrooms. These have a BBQ flavor added to them in the batter making them so delicious.
