Roasted Garlic Recipe

It is no secret I love garlic. Growing up there was no spices or flavors in the house. So my love of garlic started when I was out on my own.

Roasted garlic is my favorite. I love the smell of a roasted garlic recipe as I roast the garlic in my little garlic roaster.
