For me, it is a sweet Chex mix recipe that I tend to like. One of the more common sweet Chex mix recipe is muddy buddies, but can I make a sweet Chex mix without the powdered sugar?

I knew I wanted a pumpkin snack recipe, what about a chocolate pumpkin snack mix? Chocolate and pumpkin go very well together, so why not make it into it into a sweet Chex mix recipe.

What I really like about this snack mix is I can put some into a little baggie and eat it on the go! That is what makes any Chex mix recipe awesome, it is a snack you can eat anywhere!
Pumpkin Pie Chex Mix

How about a pumpkin twist onto a Chex Mix recipe? A sweet and pumpkin spice taste adds to the family of Chex mix flavors! This pumpkin flavor really can be the best Chex mix recipe yet!
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon Torani Pumpkin Pie syrup
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 cups Cinnamon Chex™ cereal
- 2 cups Cherrios™ cereal
- 2 cups pretzels
- 8 oz peanuts
- 8 oz chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix brown sugar and Torani's Pumpkin Pie Syrup; set aside.
- In a small microwave-safe dish, microwave butter on High about 30 seconds or until melted.
- Stir in vanilla and the sugar mixture.
- In a large microwavable bowl, mix rest the ingredients.
- Pour butter mixture over cereal mixture, stirring until evenly distributed.
- Stir until coated.
- Microwave uncovered on High 5 minutes or until mixture begins to brown, stirring every minute.
- Spread on wax paper or a cookie sheet to cool.
- Serve it up and ENJOY!
