Vacation Time
I am gearing up for vacation. This time instead of going back to Pittsburgh for vacation, I am doing something different. I am going to Florida for part of the time.
Why Florida? I have a friend who lives there and is letting me stay with him. Also, it is a good way to see if I could move there was well.
I hate Ohio. So it time for Dee to make Dee happy. Practice what I always say, change is good. That is exactly what I am doing, making a change.
Food Photography
Before I dive into these edible cookie dough balls, I want to say I took a break from learning SEO. I am back to my other subject I like learning, food photography. Yes, I learned some new ways to learn Lightroom.
Instead of the online YouTube channels, I have been watching to learn how to take and edit food photos, I actually bought a course. I am so glad I did. I learned some really great editing techniques.
These Reese’s Pieces Cookie Dough Balls are the first photos I actually used what I learned in the course on. I see a huge difference in what I was doing. Before it was hit and miss if with my food photos.

Edible Cookie Dough
Like most people, I like to eat cookie dough. There is something about that sweet raw cookie dough that tastes so good. However, you can get sick because of the raw egg in the raw dough.
So making an edible cookie dough is what you should have. How to make the edible cookie dough without egg and have it taste just like when you making a batch of Reeses Pieces peanut butter cookies? Well, the egg is a binder and does help hold the cookie dough together.
Reeses Pieces Cookie Dough Balls
With a peanut butter cookie dough, you can actually omit the egg. So the peanut butter in this Reeses Pieces Cookie Dough Balls is actually the binder.
When you think of edible cookie dough balls, you think chocolate chip. I like chocolate chip cookie dough too, but I wanted to use Reese’s Pieces instead. I also wanted this eggless cookie dough to also be an energy snack.
