Cherry Crumb Pie

I stumbled across a cherry crumb pie on Pinterest. I was looking at this cherry crumb pie when I thought, why not take that cherry pie recipe and make it the best cherry pie recipe by doing a streusel topping.

Cherry Pie Filling

When came to making what I feel is the best cherry pie recipe, I had to think about what kind of cherry pie filling should I use? Do I use a homemade cherry pie filling or do I use a ready-made canned filling?

I am very busy. Between my blogs, Seduction In The Kitchen and Recipes Of Disney, Plus I am a full-time phlebotomist. My time is stretched to the max. So I decided a ready-made canned cherry pie filling would be the best to use in this cherry crumb pie.

Streusel Topping

When I made the streusel topping for this cherry pie recipe, I thought, that pie looks like a toaster strudel. So when the cherry crumb pie was done baking, I decided to add a white glaze on top of the streusel topping. Now it really did look like a cherry streusel pie to me!
