Blogging is frustrating

Blogging can get very frustrating. You work your ass off. You think you got everything down and you see small growth and wonder what are you doing wrong? Nothing, you have been blogging for a month.

It takes years to get to where your blog will be successful. Anyone tells you that you will have 100,000 followers in 30 days is scamming you to buy their course or eBook. It isn’t reality.

Kudos to the thick skin observation. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve been punched in the gut by both readers and fellow bloggers. You would think that food would be a “safe” zone, but it’s not. Maybe I should just curl up on the couch with a plateful of bookies and binge-watch GoT. In fact, that’s exactly what I’ll do.

Oh I love the look of these and will have to try them. As for food blogging hey your so right it can be an up hill struggle to keep motivated at times but glad to say pon the most part I have only come across supportive bloggers and they so help to keep me motivated, but a thick skin is useful none the less.
