The Red Wine Reduction

The Red Wine reduction is what gives this Angus beef burger the best flavor you could want in a gourmet burger recipe. The Red Wine Burger came out so good, all because of that red wine reduction. You do not want to skip that on this wine burger.

  1. In a saute pan, melt the 2 tablespoons of the butter and add the mushrooms and onions. Saute them for about 2 minutes then add the garlic, thyme, and rosemary. Continue saute until the onions turn clear. Take off the heat and put them in a bowl, to set aside.
  2. Next, take one the Angus patties and, divide the swiss cheese up into cubes, place a few of the cubes on top of the patty.
  3. Take the remaining 1 tablespoon of butter and cut it in half. Place the half of the butter you just cut, next to the swiss cheese.

  3. Top it off with the saute mushrooms and onions.
  4. Drizzle on the red wine sauce over the whole thing.

That burger does look quite tasty.. I don't think there's any way I could fit that into my current 1930 calorie per day budget though!

I know your other post mentioned scheduling posts and whatnot. I can highly recommend HootSuite. Until I started getting down and dirty with scripting, I used HootSuite to schedule future posts. It also has some nifty analytics built in so you can see who's clicking and where they're doing it. I can't really offer any insight into the Pinterest thing, though I can understand its importance in your space.
