I really like a good crockpot meatloaf recipe. When you cook a meatloaf recipe in a slow cooker, the meatloaf recipe cooks perfectly. I think it is because the even temperature slow cooking does.

What if I made a meatloaf recipe with Campbell french onion soup? It would be an easy meatloaf recipe.

Recipes With Onion Soup Mix

Recipes with onion soup mix aren’t anything new. Adding Lipton’s onion soup mix to recipes really does make food good. Growing up, my mom would make meatloaf with Lipton onion soup all the time.

So why not take my mom’s meatloaf with Lipton onion soup and cook it in Campbell french onion soup. The meatloaf, to me at least, had a nice moisture to it that it isn’t dried out.

Crockpot French Onion Soup

Instead of mixing in the French onion soup, I put the Campbell’s French Onion Soup and put that at the bottom of the slow cooker. I also have had leftover crockpot French onion soup and used that instead of canned French onion soup and this crockpot meatloaf recipe comes out amazing!

This would make a great French onion meatloaf. In my opinion, is one of the best crockpot meatloaf recipes. This onion soup meatloaf is so moist and full of flavor. Plus this French onion meatloaf is so filling.
