Oktoberfest Beer

I admit I am not a beer drinker. I do drink hard cider, so that is the closest it comes for me to have a beer. So this Oktoberfest beer recipe idea of crispy baked sweet potato fries, I ask my friends, especially male friends, if they think this would work with an Oktoberfest beer.

I know my friends go gaga when Oktoberfest beer comes out, and I know the flavors in this beer has spices and pumpkin for the most part. The idea I have for this baked sweet potato fries recipe involves soaking a potato fries in the beer.

Sauce For Sweet Potato Fries

This idea about soaking a potato in the Oktoberfest beer is a good idea, but admit it needed more. It needs a sauce for sweet potato fries.

With sweet you need the spice, I needed a dipping sauce for sweet potato fries that would compliment. I saw this balsamic vinegar that was infused with honey.  That could be the perfect ingredient for sweet potato fries with sauce.
