Hash Brown Ranchero Taco Bake is an easy, Mexican hashbrown casserole. This hashbrown and ground beef casserole use taco bell ranchero sauce

Prep Time 10 minutes
Cook Time 1 hour 10 minutes
Total Time 1 hour 20 minutes

Ingredients

  • 8 Frozen Hash Browns Patties
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 envelop of taco seasoning
  • 1 cup of fresh garden salsa
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 2 cups Mexican shredded cheese
  • 1/4 cup Taco Bell Ranchero Sauce
  • sour cream for garnish

Instructions

  1. Spray a baking dish with cooking spray and pre heat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. On the bottom the baking dish, place in a single layer the hash browns. I did cut a few so they fit nicely.
  3. Fry up the ground meat and add the taco seasoning. Cook the meat according to the taco seasoning directions.
  4. After the taco meat is done, place the meat on top the hash browns.
  5. Put a layer of the garden fresh salsa on top the taco meat.
  6. Sprinkle on the green onions
  7. Top the whole thing with the shredded cheese.
  8. Place dollops of the Ranchero sauce op top the cheese.
  9. Cover with foil and bake in the oven for about 1 hour.
  10. Take out the oven, let site for about 5 minutes, then serve it up and garnish with some sour cream and ENJOY!

I am making this seductive recipe today! I am using frozen Potatoes O'Brian. Already has peppers & onion in it. Used a a spicy cilantro salsa. SMELLS DIVINE!

I wish I had your confidence. I am short, fat and mainly deaf. So, I usually veg at home. The one good thing in my life is my grandchildren. So very, very glad you are who you have become. It's not easy being tormented all your life because of who you are to other people.
