Out of everything I create, I admit baking is what I love to do the most. I love cheesecake and yes cheesecake can be a pain to make. However, putting a cheesecake filling in goodies is simple to do.

That is why I really wanted to make these Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Muffins. I have been wanting to make muffins for a long time, the last muffins I made here on Seduction in the Kitchen was the Dumante Baklava Muffins. That was a very long time ago, so yes I am very overdue for a good muffin recipe and I did it with these beauties, the Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Muffins. Trust me they are worth every calorie!

Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Muffins

Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Muffins is perfect for people who love chocolate and cheesecake. These moist and delicious muffins will delight your sweet tooth. A recipe from Seduction in the Kitchen.

Prep Time 10 minutes
Cook Time 20 minutes
Total Time 30 minutes

Ingredients

  • 8 ounce cream cheese
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 3/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup cocoa
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar

Instructions

  1. Mix cream cheese, 1/3 cup sugar and pinch of salt using electric mixer until well blended.
  2. Add chocolate chips. Set aside.
  3. Mix all remaining ingredients.
  4. Line a muffin pan with cupcake liner paper.
  5. Fill each muffin paper until 1/ 2 full with chocolate mixture.
  6. Drop a tablespoon of the cream cheese mixture on top of the chocolate mixture,.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
  8. Cool at room temperature and ENJOY!
