With the move, I realized I have gone through a series of “tests.” Realistically I moved on short notice, so it wants very well planned. It mirrors exactly what happened 7 years earlier when I went through my divorce, my ex came to me said I had 2 weeks to move out, he was divorcing me. Life really is a circle of sorts. This time I had a crooked manager illegally raise the rent, it was the last straw in Fairview Village’s antics, so I made the design I was giving a 30 day move out notice, I found my place and moved within 2 weeks of giving that notice. Scary isn’t it how that circle thing happens? Similarities, yet different circumstances. Like I said it a test.

Have you ever notice people will say something like: “why does this keep happening to me?” Well, maybe the reason is your being tested to see how you handle the similarities this time. Or maybe, you know how people say, “if I can go back and do that again, I do it differently.” Well, maybe you do get to do that, except we just do not realize it.

Hey, want further proof of this circle thing? Well, As I said it was 7 years ago that my ex told me had 2 weeks to get out, that he was divorcing me. Well, the only time he would go out with me and meet my friends was at my friend’s annual Halloween party. That year, she had it on November 2 because it was the Saturday before Halloween first time this party was held in November. This year, I moved into a new place in 2 weeks. However guess what the Halloween party is November 1, the first time in 7 years she had to have the party in November. Hmmm, see circle!

Anyway, I went out with my friends to do our usual celebration of the monthly birthdays, we delayed it because of my move for the September and August birthdays. We went to this restaurant here in Cleveland, I got this salad, which had this brown sugar thyme vinaigrette on it. Wow, it was so good. That salad was what inspired this bacon recipe. I thought we put brown sugar on bacon, what if I made a glaze inspired by this dressing and bake onto the bacon. Well, it was my first recipe in my new. much larger kitchen, which by the way, just so you know, I will be setting up to start doing recipe videos on YouTube very soon. I am just waiting on getting a new kitchen table.
